As you can tell, if you’ve been here before, I’m redesigning again. Playing with color. I’ve changed my logo to fit the new novel I’ll release here soon–Before Christmas. I’m on the last Edit, which involves placing all my images. It won’t look that way on AO3. Images won’t be there. There are too many. I don’t want the page to break. So, the images will be here. It’s about 57K words or so.
It’s called Valkyries, and while SG-1 is in the story, it’s not about them. It’s about a new character, briefly introduced in the Trinity Universe’s Pyramid 2, Kara Easteman, sister to Dharian Easteman, who’s spending too much time with SG-1 (in her opinion, till she gets to know them). Kara is the captain of a huge Ancients ship, a derelict she found a while back that is still spilling its secrets via its strange AI, Val. Kara named her ship The Valkyrie, after an Earth myth Dharian told her about. She and her crew of women, all called Valkyries, have a purpose in the universe, or their quadrant of it, which is to rescue women from the Goa’uld and other enslavers. And Kara will do anything to get them.
