This fic contains chapters 1 thru 5 of an eventual 16-chapter story of Abusive!Jack and Victim!Daniel. This is the first "revision" by the author but the one she had posted on her now-defunct website along with chapters 6-11 and 12-16. I had originally posted the entire thing in three parts, but it's not really necessary. The first story is enough for you to get the point. The story only degenerates into a contest of irresponsible teen behavior between Daniel Jackson and Cassie Fraiser.

In the header for this fic, the author said, "contains mild spanking scenes." If the author considers what happens as mild spanking, then she's in need of therapy. Also, I would like to add that this is in no way a *Kink* fic. There is no kinky sexual spanking here. There is no sex. It is also not BDSM. We also find out through the course of the story(ies) that Teal'c, Sam, Janet, and Cassie know that Jack "spanks" Daniel. Aka, "beats" him. They don't say anything to Jack about it because apparently they all think Daniel deserves it.

Story: We have the cliched "Jack blames Daniel for everything that's gone wrong" justification so that Jack can beat Daniel's ass with his hand, a paddle, then a belt with a buckle attached. The only reason for this is so a control freak like this Jack O'Neill can beat the hell out of his *lover.* It's an abusive relationship that has overtones of pedophelia as Jack continually treats Daniel like a pre-teen.

Events start with Daniel promising Jack that he won't be late for a treaty-signing mission. He leaves the mountain--and the writer presents us with a detailed list of what Daniel's vehicle is equipped with--and as Daniel's driving home, he gets pulled over by the cops. The cops proceed to arrest him for unpaid speeding and parking tickets--and we're given the entire Miranda Warning.

The author gives us an example of the arrest form Daniel has to sign, but all we get after that is: "Daniel filled out the paper and put his stuff in the bag." If the writer is attempting to show us how much trouble Daniel's in, she only needs to describe the fine and Jack's psycho behavior to clue us in.

So, as a result of this irresponsible version of Daniel getting arrested, he doesn't make the mission. The treaty with the "Protazoians" doesn't go as planned, nothing is signed, and Daniel is to blame because he wasn't there to talk to the aliens. Jack is pissed but admits that maybe something "bad" happened so he starts issuing orders to check on the flights leaving Colorado Springs. Why? No clue. Except it gives the writer a chance to give us a list of flights that leave Colorado Springs.

At the courthouse, Daniel's lamenting to himself how badly he'd fucked up the treaty while the writer has the judge list *all* of the dates for Daniel's tickets. He can't pay the fine so he gets to rot in jail till someone buys him out. As Daniel's led away, the judge fills out the form and we're given another look at the arrest form, only this one's got Daniel's name as a "signature" at the bottom.

Before being tossed in a cell, Daniel decides to call Jack and sobs into the phone as the cell phone rings. Jack answers--at the mountain. He's with Sam and Teal'c *and* Hammond.

"Uh... h-hello. J-Jack."

"Danny! Where are you? Are you okay? Why are you crying?"

If this isn't enough to make you hit the backspace... I'll keep going. After Daniel tells him what happened, Jack hangs up, tells George he'll be back with Daniel so they can administer punishment. Getting back to the base, Hammond yells at Daniel *IN CAPITAL LETTERS.* It's not a few words. It's two separate lines of dialogue and one large paragraph. He's threatening Daniel with a loss of pay and suspends him, sending him home. Daniel stutters and blubbers the entire time.

::sighs:: First, the General cannot administer punishment to his civilians. Second... oh never mind, the point's moot here because the author not only doesn't know how real men act, she doesn't know how the military behaves.

Daniel tries to apologize to Jack but it's no good. They stop at a drug store so Jack can buy a *big* bottle of Aloe Vera lotion. Why? Because of the beating that's about to ensue. He has to soothe the crime he's about to commit. The minute they get home, Jack starts yelling. By the end of the tirade, he begins to list the punishment.

"Okay, that's $2,100 and 40 miles over the limit. Over the next 30 days, you will receive 2,100 swats - 70 swats per day. Then after each session you will stand in the corner for forty minutes. During the next thirty days, you will obey all orders at all times. If you fail to obey *any* order, I will spank you right where you are. You will be ready when it is time to leave - no more 'one more look' or 'just a little more time'! - and you will leave when I tell to leave. Do you understand? Absolute and uncomplaining obedience for all thirty days." Jack's voice was serious. "You will receive 29 with my hand, 29 with the paddle, and 12 with the belt. Come on, let's go into the bedroom."

Daniel blubbers but he does what Jack says. Now... here's the funny part. Not what happens but how this author writes it.

"Daniel, I won't lie to you it will hurt."

Jack brought his hand down hard.

He threw his hand back to protect his butt. Jack grabbed his hand and pinned it to the small of his back.

Daniel was howling and his butt was crimson. Jack picked up the belt and held it by the buckle part. Since Daniel had tried to cover up he would get 24 with the belt instead of 12.

The blows are of the same force, but the accumulation of 84 blows has made Daniel very sensitive at this point causing him to scream. He lay across Jack's lap bawling uncontrollably. He was shaking, trembling, and coughing. Jack rubbed his back and placed kisses on his head. He pulled off Daniel's pants, boxers, and shoes.

"Daniel, go and stand in the corner. Keep your hands on your head and your nose in the corner. If I catch you looking around or trying to touch your butt, I will spank you again."

It's so unbelievable that you can't help but laugh at this... in a sick, disgusted way. This is pretty much the end, by the way. Daniel cries his eyes out and later, Jack "picked him up and placed him on his stomach on the bed." Like a little kid. He then administers the aloe vera and tells him "all is forgiven" but that Daniel has to learn obedience. He tells Daniel he loves him and D-D-D-aniel s-s-s-tuttttters that he l-l-loves J-J-Jack too. And they go to sleep. The End. Thank god. What happens in the rest of the chapters? More of the same, and this was more than enough. How anyone thinks that humiliating these characters is a good read is beyond me, but worse yet is why a fan would think this up in the first damn place.
